SEO Executive
Birmingham – 4 days in office
UP to £35k + bonus
We're partnering with a leading eCommerce brand that's continuing to invest heavily in digital growth, and they're looking for a Technical SEO Executive to join their talented team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves the technical side of SEO and wants to work on large-scale websites where your work will have a genuine commercial impact.
As the business continues its expansion across Europe, SEO is playing an increasingly important role in driving organic traffic, customer acquisition, and revenue. You'll be joining an ambitious, entrepreneurial business that genuinely invests in its people, offering excellent training, long-term career progression, and a highly rewarding bonus scheme.
Day to day you will…
- Play a key role in delivering technical SEO improvements across a portfolio of websites, working closely with developers, content specialists, and the wider marketing team.
- Help improve the organic performance of a portfolio of eCommerce websites. From identifying technical issues and uncovering keyword opportunities to analysing performance and collaborating with developers, you'll play a key role in driving traffic and revenue through search.

You'll be responsible for:
- Improving technical SEO performance across multiple websites.
- Carrying out keyword and competitor research.
- Identifying crawl, indexing, and site performance issues.
- Working with developers to implement SEO improvements.
- Monitoring rankings, traffic, and Core Web Vitals.
- Reporting on performance and recommending opportunities for growth.
- Staying up to date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.
What we're looking for:
We're looking for someone with a genuine passion for SEO and a solid understanding of how to improve website performance through technical optimisation. You'll ideally bring:
- Previous experience in an SEO or digital marketing role.
- Strong knowledge of technical and on-page SEO best practices.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and SEMrush.
- Confidence in identifying technical issues and working with developers to resolve them.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Good knowledge of website structure, HTML, and search intent.
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
