Role Overview

The search landscape is evolving faster than ever. We are looking for a curious, analytical and future-thinking SEO Executive who wants to build a career in SEO and understand how AI is changing the way people search.

You will support the delivery of SEO activity across traditional search engines and emerging generative AI platforms, working closely with experienced members of the team. You do not need to know everything from day one - we are looking for someone with the right attitude, strong attention to detail and a genuine desire to learn and develop.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Delivery & Development

  • SEO Delivery: Support SEO Leads and senior team members with the delivery of SEO activity aligned to client business goals.
  • Technical SEO: Assist with technical SEO audits, crawl analysis and identifying opportunities to improve website performance and search visibility.
  • AI Search: Learn how generative AI and evolving search platforms influence visibility, and support the team with AI-focused research and optimisation.
  • Optimisation: Support keyword research, on-page optimisation, content recommendations and opportunity analysis to improve organic visibility.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with SEO specialists, web developers, content creators and marketing teams to help implement SEO best practices.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
