SEO Specialist - Executive Internship (Entry Level)
Location: Nottingham City Centre | Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 | Start Date: Immediate
About the Opportunity
We're looking for an ambitious SEO Specialist to join our fast-paced fintech project in the heart of Nottingham City Centre. This is a unique opportunity to be one of the founding members of our marketing team as we build our digital presence from the ground up in a rapidly evolving financial technology environment.
As an SEO Specialist intern, you'll have direct input into our SEO strategy from day one, with the chance to make a significant impact on our brand's online visibility and growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and landing pages
- Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices
- Stay current with SEO trends and algorithm updates
- Assist with technical SEO audits and improvements
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities in our fast-paced fintech environment
- Create and manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
- Develop engaging content for various digital channels including website, blog, and social media
- Manipulate and orchestrate smarter platforms to maximize digital presence and engagement
Requirements
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn and stay updated with industry trends
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- No specific experience required - we're looking for potential and attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
