SEO Specialist Wanted (Client-Facing) (Freelance role)
We’re looking for an experienced SEO specialist to join us on a number of exciting client projects at BrainZ Digital.
This is a long-term opportunity for the right person. You’ll work directly with clients, not just behind the scenes. Some projects are technical, some are content-focused, and many involve AI/GEO. You’ll need to be comfortable presenting your thinking, not just doing the work.
Who we’re looking for
- Based in Europe.
- Bilingual/Native in English. German is a bonus
- Minimum 5 years of SEO experience with a proven track record.
- Genuinely curious about AI and where search is heading.
- Comfortable and confident in front of clients.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
We’re looking for someone who can:
- Think strategically, not just execute tasks.
- Analyse problems and build a plan to solve them.
- Work proactively, without needing to be chased.
- Collaborate well with a team, not work in a silo.
- Communicate clearly with clients — what’s working, what isn’t, and why.

How to apply
Send us a short email at info@brainz.digital. Keep it concise. Show us your work, not your résumé.
Things we’d love to see:
- The SEO problems you were trying to solve.
- What you actually did.
- Anything that shows your thinking and how you communicate it.
Don’t worry if every project wasn’t a success. Sometimes the best SEOs have projects that failed — what matters is what you learned and how you’d do it differently.
