This role will be focused on our WorldFirst business line, an international payments business helping move money around the world - we became part of Ant International in 2019, accelerating our mission to create the world’s best platform for international trade by combining WorldFirst’s products with Ant’s solutions aimed at enabling the digitalization of the modern services industry globally.

What you will be doing

  • Drive WorldFirst's organic growth KPIs, working closely with development, content, and marketing teams to fully capitalize on growth possibilities.
  • Proven hands-on SEO experience with a solid methodology in core areas, including site audit, competitor benchmarking campaign, facilitating technical implementation with engineers, organic content expansion roadmap, link acquisition techniques, etc.
  • Optimize websites for efficient crawling and indexing, while improving Core Web Vitals to elevate organic search performance.
  • Evaluate content performance to pinpoint underperforming areas and double down on content production that speaks to the right customer profile.
  • Strengthen the global backlink profile to significantly boost the website's overall domain authority.
  • Help position our brand as a market leader in the financial services and technology industry through actionable, forward-thinking SEO strategies.
  • Collaborate across content, web, product, and regional marketing teams to ensure our global assets are search-optimized, culturally resonant, and aligned with local search intent and behavior.
  • Adept at using tools/platforms to track, monitor, and report on SEO outcomes, with a data-driven mindset to identify gaps and growth opportunities worth investing in.
  • Able to bridge communication between internal teams and external stakeholders to foster alignment and coordination on SEO initiatives.
  • Advice cross-functional teams and stakeholders on SEO best practices and emerging trends.

  • Experience in SEO, from a B2B background, within SaaS, FinTech, or technology industries is welcomed.
  • Proven track record of success driving meaningful organic growth, alongside expertise in international SEO and B2B marketing.
  • Proactive mindset coupled with a strong drive to take hands-on approaches.
  • Strong analytical skills to transform data into actionable insights that inform SEO strategies and drive impactful results.
  • Deep understanding of content marketing and EEAT principles, particularly within YMYL sectors.
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills, while being able to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic working environment.
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS is considered a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
