The Company
This is an opportunity to join a major UK retail group operating across sports, fashion and lifestyle, with a portfolio of high-profile brands and a rapidly growing eCommerce function! SEO is a business-critical channel here, with strong visibility across the wider organisation, influencing teams across commercial, trading and buying, not just digital marketing; you’ll be joining a fast-paced, high-performance environment with significant investment in digital and access to best-in-class tools and agency support!
The Role
You’ll take ownership of SEO performance for a flagship retail site, driving organic growth across a high-traffic, high-revenue platform. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be expected to hit the ground running, working across technical SEO, content optimisation and strategy delivery.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
