Head of Organic Strategy
Leeds - Hybrid
£40K–£60K
I’m working on a seriously exciting opportunity for a Senior Organic Search leader who’s ready to shape the future of search and build something exceptional.
This isn’t just another SEO leadership role…
You’ll be joining a fast-growing agency and taking ownership of its entire organic proposition across SEO, Content, Digital PR, and AI-driven search.
You’ll have the autonomy to:
- Define and evolve the organic strategy and offering
- Lead, mentor, and grow a talented team
- Build strategies that drive visibility, qualified traffic, and commercial growth
- Shape the agency’s approach to GEO, AEO, and AI search, including platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini
- Work closely with wider marketing disciplines to deliver genuinely integrated campaigns
- Influence new business, thought leadership, and the future direction of the agency

What I’m looking for:
- ✔️ Senior experience across SEO, Content, and/or Digital PR
- ✔️ Strong technical SEO knowledge with a commercial mindset
- ✔️ Proven experience leading and developing teams
- ✔️ A genuine passion for the evolving world of AI and search
- ✔️ Agency experience is preferred
- ✔️ Someone ambitious, curious, and excited by the opportunity to build rather than inherit
