🔍 Role Overview
Our Global Digital Marketing team is looking for an experienced Senior Search Marketing Specialist to lead end-to-end Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and content strategy initiatives. The ideal candidate will strengthen brand visibility, enhance digital presence, and drive conversions through data-driven search marketing and AI-powered search optimization.
🚀 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute end-to-end SEO and AEO campaigns across digital assets.
- Develop global content strategies aligned with search performance and conversion goals.
- Define keyword strategies, content themes, search intent, and content architecture across buying journeys.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and implement on-page optimization.
- Collaborate with developers, content writers, designers, project managers, and business stakeholders.
- Analyze search performance and create insightful reports and dashboards.
- Stay updated on SEO trends, AI-powered search, and emerging optimization techniques.
- Establish search marketing best practices, guidelines, and process automation.
- Integrate SEO and AEO with broader digital marketing initiatives.
- Guide and mentor junior team members.

✅ Mandatory Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of proven experience in SEO, search marketing, and content strategy.
- Strong expertise in SEO, AEO, and AI-powered search optimization.
- Deep understanding of search-driven content architecture, user intent, and customer buying journeys.
- Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, Google Ads, and Adobe Analytics.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Fluency in German is mandatory.
