This position is on-site Monday to Friday. All applications must have previous Marketing/SEO agency experience.
fatBuzz is a Glasgow-based agency providing marketing, SEO, graphic design, and web design services for clients across the UK. We work with clients of all sizes from most industry sectors; from independent local businesses to global household names.
We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist (minimum 3+ years in an SEO agency role) to join our team. You will plan and implement SEO strategies, manage audits, support content development, and report on performance to help our clients achieve their goals.

- Carry out SEO audits (SEMRush, Screaming Frog) and provide actionable recommendations.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO fixes with the web team, including redirects, sitemaps, internal linking, and metadata optimisation.
- Deliver keyword, content, competitor, and backlink analysis as part of campaign strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create keyword-driven content plans and optimised copy.
- Produce monthly performance reports, present findings, and contribute to client meetings.
- Monitor analytics and search performance (GA4, Google Search Console) and highlight key insights.
- Stay up to date with SEO and PPC industry trends, sharing knowledge with the team.

Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3+ years in an SEO agency role (essential).
- Strong experience with SEO tools including GA4 (certified), SEMRush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
- Excellent analytical skills with a detail-focused and results-driven approach.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
