We are hiring for one of our global Media clients!

Title: Paid Search Specialist

Duration: 12 months Contract

Location: London

Mode: Hybrid (3 days to office)

We are looking for a Paid Search Specialist with 2+ years of hands-on experience managing high-performance Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, and Apple Search Ads campaigns. You will own the strategy, execution, optimisation, and reporting of paid search campaigns focused on subscriber acquisition for a leading global streaming platform.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

  • 2+ years' hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, and Apple Search Ads campaigns.
  • Strong expertise in Paid Search (SEM/PPC) campaign optimisation, bidding, and budget management.
  • Experience with conversion tracking, attribution, and performance analysis (GA4, Kochava, AppsFlyer or similar).
  • Proven background in performance/direct response marketing focused on customer or subscriber acquisition.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Media & Entertainment industry is highly desirable.
