Job Opportunity: Seasonal Cocktail Waiter/Waitress at Annabel’s
We are looking for a talented, charismatic and enthusiastic Seasonal Cocktail Waiter/Waitress to join the team at Annabel’s, the iconic private members’ club at 46 Berkeley Square and part of The Birley Clubs, for the September to January season.
Annabel’s spans 26,000 square feet and is home to five restaurants, bars, private dining rooms and a cigar lounge. Our world-class Chefs, Sommeliers and Mixologists create exceptional menus, cocktails and wine lists, using expertly sourced seasonal ingredients and innovative techniques to deliver unforgettable dining and drinking experiences.
Role Responsibilities
As a Seasonal Cocktail Waiter/Waitress, you will play an important role in creating exceptional experiences for our Members and their guests during one of the Club’s busiest and most vibrant periods. You will be confident, engaging and attentive, with a genuine passion for cocktails, drinks and hospitality. From taking orders and making recommendations to delivering food and drinks with precision and flair, you will ensure every interaction reflects the high standards expected at Annabel’s.

Ideal Candidate Profile
We are ideally looking for candidates who:
- Have previous experience as a Cocktail Waiter/Waitress within a high-quality restaurant, bar, hotel or private members’ club
- Have a genuine passion for cocktails, drinks and delivering exceptional service
- Have confidence taking food and drinks orders and making recommendations to Members and their guests
- Have a good understanding of cocktails, spirits, wine and other beverages, with a desire to continue developing their knowledge
- Are charismatic, confident and personable, with the ability to build strong relationships with Members
- Are attentive, intuitive and proactive, with a natural ability to anticipate Members’ needs
- Take pride in presentation and have excellent attention to detail
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm and professional under pressure
- Are excellent team players with strong communication skills
- Are passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional Member experiences
- Are available to commit to the full September to January seasonal period
