We are currently looking for a Seasonal Customer Care Agent who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with the Customer Care Team, your focus will be on delivering great customer care. You will develop skills crucial to advancing in a competitive, fast-paced retail sector, all within a company that prizes dedication and results.
Please note that this is a fixed-term contract until February 2027 to cover our peak period.
What You Will Do
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring DPA checks are completed before providing information, and document cases accurately.
- Solve problems and conduct investigations.
- Build and maintain thorough product knowledge.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other regions.
- Maintain quality and productivity KPIs.

What You Should Bring
- Fluency in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help customers.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
