Join Our Festive Events Team!
We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Seasonal Events Associates to join our team during the busy Christmas season. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, delivering excellent guest service, and being part of memorable events, we'd love to hear from you.
About The Role
As a Seasonal Events Associate, you will play a key part in ensuring our Christmas parties, festive celebrations, and special events run smoothly. You'll assist with setting up event spaces, serving food and beverages, and providing outstanding service to our guests throughout their event experience.
This is a casual role offering flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and peak festive dates throughout November, December, and the New Year period.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and prepare function rooms and event spaces to the required standard.
- Assist with table layouts, decorations, and event equipment.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness throughout events.
- Provide a warm and friendly welcome to guests.
- Assist with the breakdown and reset of event spaces following functions.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure events run smoothly and exceed guest expectations.
- Follow food safety, health and safety, and company procedures at all times.
What We're Looking For
- A positive, can-do attitude and excellent team-working skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and festive holiday periods.
- Previous hospitality, restaurant, banqueting, or events experience is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
