Overview

Glossier is a people-first beauty company on a mission to give everyone a voice through beauty. As an Experience Editor, you sit at the heart of our brand activations and store experience - the primary storyteller and point of contact guiding guests through every touchpoint, from the moment they step into the space to the moment they leave, product in hand and story to tell.

This holiday season, we're bringing our brand activation and store operation together into one seamless guest journey. You'll be trained across both worlds: the immersive, performance-driven activation space and the day-to-day rhythm of the store floor - moving fluidly between them so that every guest, whether they're queuing for an experience or shopping for a product, gets a cohesive, memorable, and uniquely Glossier moment.

Our north-star values are Human, Curious, Playful, and Helpful, and our mission is to become the Most Loved Lifestyle Brand in the World. Joy is our language - and you'll help set that tone for guests and teammates alike.

Main Responsibilities

Guest & Experience Leadership

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all guests, welcoming and engaging with them as they immerse themselves in the activation and store experience.
  • Set the "stage" for every visit - maintaining exceptional presence and enthusiastically guiding guests through the space in a professional, engaging demeanor.
  • Deliver outstanding improv and guest participation, modeling professionalism at all times, including within performance space per prescribed guidelines and training.
  • Lead inclusive, interactive product engagement with demonstrations, applications, recommendations, and routine-building - with a hospitality mindset.
  • Lead meaningful customer interactions during events such as master classes, promotional activations, brand activation moments, and other in-store initiatives.
  • Prioritize the guest experience at all times, whether guest-facing or not, to ensure a world-class, memorable encounter with the brand.
  • Build lasting guest relationships post-visit and secure marketing emails in order to sustain ongoing brand engagement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
