Overview

Glossier is a people-first beauty company on a mission to give everyone a voice through beauty. We create physical, digital, and offline experiences inspired by our community that foster connection, inspire a sense of belonging, and invite people to participate in Glossier. We are inclusive, customer-devoted, curious, courageous, discerning, and results-driven.

Driven by an authentic desire to thoroughly engage with our community, this holiday season we are opening a brand activation unlike anything we have done before. Experience Guides will direct our guests as they discover and interact with all elements within this environment, facilitating an experience that is uniquely Glossier.

Experience Guides will be a part of a team of impassioned storytellers, driven by the guests’ curiosity and the power of the brand. As an avid team player, you will collaborate with all members of the brand activation to ensure every guest touchpoint throughout their experience is cohesive, seamless, and memorable. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Main Responsibilities

As an Experience Guide, you will fill the most critical role within the experience: direct and serve as the primary point of contact for all guests as they immerse themselves and interact with all elements throughout the space.

  • You will set the “stage” for the visit by welcoming and thoroughly engaging with all guests, while maintaining exceptional presence and enthusiastically providing guidance and direction throughout their experience in a professional and engaging demeanor (per guided script).
  • You are not afraid to step beyond the script, within reason, by delivering outstanding improv and guest participation, modeling behaviors of professionalism at all times.
  • Experience Guides are responsible for prioritizing the guest experience at all times, whether in a guest-facing function within the operation or not, to give all guests a world-class and memorable encounter with the brand.
  • This is a sales-focused role. Experience Guides will actively engage guests in product discovery, share their knowledge and enthusiasm for Glossier products, make personalized recommendations, and confidently drive sales and conversions throughout the activation experience.
  • You will be involved in all areas of the brand activation experience: from oversight of queues, guest inquiries, and sales transactions, to the involvement and participation in the performance space (per highly prescriptive guidelines and training).
  • You will resolve guest service issues by promptly partnering with leadership, exercising discretion and independent judgement.
  • You will perform operational duties such as maintaining space cleanliness, managing inventory, and processing all POS transactions accurately.
  • Experience Guides foster a team culture of camaraderie and collaboration.
  • You will support an inclusive space, upholding the Company’s Code of Conduct and commitment to environments that are free from discrimination, harassment, bullying, and intimidation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
