About The Farm

Great Fen is Natoora’s five acre market garden on the Hampshire Surrey border. Established in 2022, the farm produces a diverse range of crops using organic methods. Supplying some of London’s most progressive restaurants through Natoora’s supply chain, the farm presents a rare opportunity for collaboration with some of London’s most forward thinking chefs. With ambitious plans to build on these foundations over the next 12 months, this role represents a chance to join the team at an exciting moment in our journey.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

We are looking for a seasonal grower to join us full time, from April to October.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with at least one season of growing experience on a farm, although candidates with a genuine interest in organic horticulture with less experience are still encouraged to apply. This person should have a positive mindset, and a willingness to learn about how a vegetable farm operates. A proactive attitude to learning is essential, since we are a small team. This is a varied role with plenty of opportunities to learn on the job and have a meaningful and rewarding input into the farm.
