Seasonal Horticultural Labourer

The Organic Farm Shop, Abbey Home Farm, Cirencester.

We are looking to recruit a seasonal labourer to join our small team for the 2026 growing season.

The role will involve assisting in all aspects of crop production and harvest of a wide range of Organic fruit and vegetable crops. Harvesting of soft fruit will be a key part of this role.

Basic training will be given to successful applicant, but we emphasise that this is a labouring position rather than a training position.

  • Previous experience of Organic horticulture at a commercial scale is essential.
  • Physical fitness and ability to work in all weather conditions is essential.
