Overview
MONCLER is looking for a full-time seasonal Host to join our team at London New Bond Street from October 2026 until mid-January 2027.
As the first point of contact for our clients, the Host plays an essential role in creating a warm, welcoming and memorable first impression.
With impeccable presentation and a natural elegance, you will welcome each client into the Moncler world and introduce them to the brand’s values and heritage. Through attentive listening, you will understand each client’s needs, guide them through the store and help create a seamless and elevated experience.
Working closely with the management you will support the effective management of client flow, waiting times and appointments.
Your Impact
Responsibilities And Tasks
- Welcome every client warmly and professionally, creating an exceptional first impression of the brand.
- Act as the first point of contact for clients entering the store, identifying their needs and introducing them to the appropriate Client Advisor or department.
- Support the management of client flow and waiting times, keeping clients informed and engaged throughout their visit.
- Assist with the coordination of client appointments and ensure clients are welcomed personally on arrival.
- Offer refreshments and ensure clients feel comfortable while waiting to be assisted.
- Provide information about the store, its services, collections and departments.
- Work collaboratively with the store team to ensure a smooth and consistent client journey.
- Anticipate client needs and respond to enquiries with professionalism, confidence and care.
- Maintain an awareness of daily store activity and communicate relevant client information to the management and sales teams.
- To support colleagues with other ad-hoc tasks in-store, including selling ceremony, packing and wrapping and operational activities.
- Maintain impeccable personal presentation and ensure that the client-facing environment consistently reflects Moncler’s standards.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures and standards at all times.
- Contribute positively to the team, demonstrating enthusiasm, reliability and a proactive approach.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, concierge, front-of-house, or another client-facing environment would be advantageous, but is not essential.
- A genuine passion for client experience and luxury fashion.
- A warm, confident and engaging approach, with the ability to build a natural connection with clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Impeccable presentation and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm, attentive and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several priorities effectively.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Fluency and sophistication in English; an additional language would be an advantage.
- Digital awareness and openness to new ways of working.
- Flexibility to work according to the needs of the business, including weekends and peak trading periods
