We’re looking for enthusiastic Seasonal Online Store Assistants to join our Retail team during one of the busiest periods of the year.
If you’re looking for your first step into retail, want to gain valuable experience, or simply love football and working as part of a team, this could be the opportunity for you. ⚽️
You don't need years of experience — we're looking for people who are reliable, positive, hardworking and ready to get stuck in.
Position:
🛒 What You'll Be Doing
Working as part of our Online Fulfilment team, you'll help make sure West Ham United supporters receive their orders accurately and on time.
Your role will include:
- Picking, packing and despatching customer orders.
- Making sure orders are packed carefully to prevent damage or loss of stock.
- Processing Click & Collect orders.
- Completing regular stock counts and helping keep inventory accurate.
- Replenishing stock and keeping products available for customers.
- Supporting product personalisation, including shirt printing.
- Keeping the warehouse and dispatch areas tidy, organised and compliant with Health & Safety requirements.
- Supporting other Retail teams, including the Warehouse and Stadium Store, when required by your Line Manager or Supervisors.

- Flexible and willing to support different areas of the Retail operation.
- Quick to learn and happy to take on new tasks.
