Where we need your help

We have all the makings of an iconic brand - beautiful products that are timeless and designed to last, service that exceeds our customers expectations, a passionate founder that cares deeply about doing what is right and a loyal and growing community who advocate for us.

The Seasonal Retail Operations Assistant role is an exciting opportunity to help keep our boutique running seamlessly through our busiest trading periods — processing deliveries and transfers, supporting repairs and engravings, and maintaining impeccable back-of-house and visual merchandising standards so the team can focus on our clients.

What you’ll do

As a Seasonal Retail Operations Assistant, you are the engine room of the boutique during our busiest times of year. This is a behind-the-scenes, operations-focused role. Your day is all about precision, pace and pride in the details: you'll process incoming deliveries and stock transfers, support the smooth running of repairs and engravings, and keep back-of-house and the shop floor immaculate and on-brand. By keeping everything organised, accurate and to standard, you free the boutique team to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
