Seasonal Sales Advisor at Battersea Power Station
Lindex at Battersea Power Station are looking for a Seasonal Sales Advisor for 16 hours/week (2 days).
Potential for Permanent Position: There is an opportunity for a permanent job following this period
Experience Required: Candidates must have previous experience
Flexibility Needed: Availability during the Christmas and New Year holidays is essential
Immediate Start: Start date ASAP until mid January 2027

Primary Responsibilities:
In the role of Sales Advisor you contribute to the store's customer service experience, performance, and work environment.
- Customer focus: Prioritize a high level of service in the store to ensure an outstanding customer experience in line with Lindex values and 'Customer First.'
- Sales and store operations: Contribute to optimal work on sales floor, fitting room, stock room and point of sale in line with Lindex guidelines
- Collaboration and feedback: Encourage and contribute to open and inclusive collaboration where constructive feedback is given in the team. Share and seek information to achieve the best results

Skills and Experiences:
- Secondary education or relevant experience
- Good language skills in local language, English is an advantage
- Good digital competence
Personal Qualities:
- Service minded
- Ability to collaborate
- Ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Driven by working towards set goals
- Interest in fashion and retail
Assessment Criteria:
