Job Title: Seasonal Sales Associate
Location: London (Various Locations/Boutiques)
Hours: Part time (Contracts varying from 16-32 hours)
Reporting To: Boutique/Concession Manager

The Sales Associate role is an exciting opportunity to help deliver exceptional service in our retail spaces. As a member of our boutique team, you bring our world to life for every client who walks through the door. Your day is a blend of meaningful client connection and commercial focus: you'll welcome and style clients with genuine warmth, share the stories behind our craftsmanship, and take pride in the details that make each visit feel effortless and memorable. You'll work as one team and take real ownership of your goals and the experience you create.

What you’ll do
Delivering Service Excellence & Clienteling
- Warmly welcome every client with open, positive energy and a heads-up approach, making each person feel genuinely at home
- Share expert product knowledge with elevated language and inspiring storytelling, bringing the MV brand and our responsible craftsmanship to life
- Style clients confidently to find their perfect look
- Address questions and objections with confidence and close the sale with care
- Create surprise-and-delight moments, capture client details thoughtfully, and build loyal, repeat relationships through personalised, purposeful follow-up
- Proactively introduce MV services and book appointments that keep clients returning
Driving Sales & Productivity
- Focus and drive towards achieving your individual targets and shared team metrics
- Proactively share client feedback and product opportunities with the management team to help grow the business
- Embody our brand values to deliver results
- Deliver in-store services with confidence (Engraving, Monogramming, Welding and Aftercare Services)
Contributing to a High-Performing Team
- Be a positive presence in an inclusive, energetic and motivating team environment
- Support the wider team wherever needed, communicating clearly and positively with colleagues, management and head office
- Lead by example in embodying our brand values, and welcome feedback as a way to keep growing
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your client experience skills and grow expert product knowledge
Upholding Operational Excellence
- Embody MV luxury standards in your presence, grooming, behaviour and communication
- Bring strong attention to detail to visual merchandising, cleanliness and standards, product management and everyday accuracy
- Follow all MV procedures and policies, staying calm, resilient and action-oriented in busy moments
