SEASONAL STYLIST - 2026
THE ALLSAINTS TEAM
At AllSaints, we are in the business of feelings—making our customers feel cool and confident. Connected by attitude, creativity, and independence, we believe the wearer completes the look. Behind our effortless, character-filled designs is a global team bridging raw authenticity with high-fashion design.
Driven by Britishness as our foundation and London as our inspiration, we are entering a bold new era from September 1st, anchored by a complete brand relaunch under Creative Director Aaron Esh. Bringing a sharp, contemporary edge to our iconic aesthetic, Esh’s vision reinvents our signature pieces for a modern global audience. Grounded in substance over spectacle, we take risks, experiment, and build lifetime staples meant to be lived in, kept forever, and passed on.
Creative Director Aaron Esh says “I’m interested in character. I want people to see someone and think, ‘they are very AllSaints.’ That’s when a brand has a true identity.”
If you want to shape this next chapter, we’d love to talk.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

From seasonal temp to brand staple—see how our seasonal stylists turned a temporary role into a permanent career at AllSaints. Here’s what they had to say:
Abby Hook, Bicester Village
“I started as a part time seasonal stylist at AllSaints in November 2025 and have been with the brand ever since, having recently gone full time. The team at Bicester are an absolute pleasure to work with and is one of the main reasons as to why I stayed on. We all work really well together to achieve and exceed goals.
I have loved fashion since a young age so being able to style customers on a day-to-day basis is such an amazing feeling; especially convincing them to buy their first ever leather jacket! It’s a feel-good factor for them and also myself.”
Christopher O’Keeffe, Bicester Village
“I joined AllSaints last year as a seasonal stylist and couldn’t have found the team to be more welcoming! I really enjoyed the brand and the supportive environment, so moving into a permanent role felt like a natural next step.”
Moukthika Pinnamreddy, Covent Garden
“I really enjoyed the fast-paced environment of being a Seasonal Stylist, as it pushed me to learn quickly and keep up with the team. I was lucky to have an amazing team of managers and stylists who supported me throughout the journey. They were always happy to answer my questions and encourage me to push my boundaries. I started in womenswear and, once I became comfortable, was given the opportunity to work in menswear too. Coming back in a permanent role has allowed me to build on and refine those skills further and become more aligned with the brand. It has been a joyful experience for me.”
