Rate of pay: £13.25 UK/ €15.86 IR/ £14.55 London stores

Please note that this is a fixed-term contract ending on either 27th December 2026 or 3rd January 2027, subject to discussion at interview.

The role

From driving sales to ensuring smooth operations, you'll be our brand ambassador who’s going to make the magic happen. You can choose and discuss your preference between two focus areas; just bear in mind that there may be some crossover depending on the day-to-day needs of the store:

Sales: As someone who loves to meet new people, you’ll confidently connect with our customers, share their stories, and help them find the perfect gifts for their loved ones.

  • Front-of-house excellence: surpass sales targets with effective techniques.
  • Personalised connections: bond confidently with customers, adapting to their unique preferences and needs.
  • Product pro: master Pandora knowledge, delivering unforgettable customer experiences.

Operations: As someone who works well in a busy environment with a focus on working accurately and quickly, you’ll support behind-the-scenes activities to ensure a strong foundation for excellent customer service.

  • Get hands-on with preparing click-and-collect orders for our customers.
  • Keep the flow smooth by managing deliveries, processing returns, and restocking shelves with fresh inventory.
  • Add a creative touch by wrapping beautiful gifts, engraving jewellery and loading gift cards.

Important stuff to note

  • Contracts will end on either 27th December 2026 or 3rd January 2027, subject to discussion at interview.
  • You must be available to work on key trading days throughout the duration of your contract, which will include weekends, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day. We will do our very best to distribute these days fairly, ensuring you won't be required to work all of them during your contract.
  • You will accrue annual leave in line with your holiday entitlement. As this is our busiest time of year, annual leave will not normally be approved during this period, except in exceptional circumstances. Any accrued but untaken annual leave will either be paid to you in your final pay or, depending on business and trading requirements, you may be required to take some or all of your outstanding annual leave during the final weeks of your employment.
