About The Role

You will be a part of the team which plays a pivotal role in ensuring guests' safety and enjoyment for millions of guests on site. We promote a proactive and diverse culture delivering great customer service to all our guests whilst ensuring the safety of our guests, staff, and assets at the Resort!

This role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities related to Site Security, with a primary focus on maintaining the highest level of safety and protection for our premises. The position involves working a variety of early, late, and potentially night shifts, based on operational requirements.

Key duties will include supporting all aspects of the site security operation, including responsibilities within the Gatehouse as well as mobile and foot patrol duties. Flexibility and a proactive approach to ensuring a secure environment are essential for success in this role.

Main Responsibilities

  • Maintain a high level of site security for all visitors, guests, and external contractors.
  • Provide a high level of customer service by being the first point of contact for our visitors and contractors. This will be done in line with company values ensuring targets are always met whilst remaining professional.
  • Obtain an in-depth park knowledge to carry out fire alarm checks, building lockdown, and other safety checks across the Resort in the context of Site Security.
  • Respond to potential intruders in a professional and timely manner, liaising with the wider Security Department as required.
  • Following and adopting all company policies including Health and Safety.
  • Maintaining regular, clear communication with the Day and Night Control team and members of the Management team at all times.
  • Ensure any technical issues are immediately reported and escalated in the correct fashion.
  • Work closely with all departments to ensure a safe working environment for the park and its assets.
  • Carry out personnel and vehicle searches on entrance and exit of site.
  • Carry out both internal and external patrols of the site, as well as extended property.

We are looking for:

  • Must have full right to work in the UK
  • Confident, approachable, and reliable
  • Highly driven and motivated
  • Focused and able to complete tasks with a high level of ownership
  • Innovative and fast moving
  • High level of personal presentation and standards
  • Experienced in Site Security and/or Security Personnel
  • Must have an SIA Door Supervisor Licence
  • Must have a full, valid UK driving licence
