Help keep the festive spirit flowing behind the scenes while helping to make every customer interaction a gift. You'll be supporting the store team with stock deliveries, replenishment, and backroom organisation, ensuring shelves are fully stocked and displays look their best for our customers, working efficiently behind the scenes to keep the store running smoothly during our busiest time of year, and maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised stockroom environment.

What We’re Looking For:
- A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Reliability and willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- You’ll ensure efficiency behind the scenes—and deliver excellent customer service with a smile when you're on the shop floor
- No previous retail experience required, just a positive attitude and a genuine enjoyment of helping customers and working as part of a team.
Hours & Flexibility:
- Hours will vary depending on the store location, with some shifts including evenings, or overnight work; we offer enhanced pay for any hours worked between 12am and 6am, and flexibility is essential—especially during peak trading periods and across multiple store locations; if you hold a valid driving licence, there may also be opportunities to support stock movement between stores. Lone working may be required, and we ensure all team members are equipped with the tools and training to stay safe and effective
