Seasonal Team Member
Seasonal Period Dates: October 4th 2026 - January 23rd 2027
Please note: Employment during this period is not guaranteed for its full duration. Seasonal Team Members may have their employment concluded at any time based on business needs or performance.
Black Out Period (availability is required): November 22nd 2026 - November 30th 2026 and December 18th 2026 - January 2nd 2027
Availability Requirement:
- Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) At least 14 hours of open availability between both Saturday and Sunday
- At least one closing across Saturday and Sunday
- Weekends + Weekdays + Holidays Available for 3 closing shifts
Please note that weekly hours are not guaranteed for Seasonal Team Members as we scheduled to customer traffic and business needs.

As a Seasonal Team Member, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional store experience during our busiest and most exciting time of year. You’ll support our fast-paced environment, bring energy to every interaction, and create meaningful, elevated personalized moments for every customer.

Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with warmth, authenticity, poise, and intention. With a Customer Obsessed mindset, you create inclusive, personalized, and elevated experiences that reflect our mission and values.
- Learn our product stories, sizing, and fit so you can confidently and thoughtfully support each customer and build trust. Your product knowledge helps turn first time visitors into loyal customers!
- Use elevated body language, professional tone, and refined selling behaviors to maintain a premium brand feel, even in a fast paced, high traffic environment.
- Stay focused and aware during busy peak hours, keeping the floor stocked, clean, and organized. You bring Operational Excellence by moving with urgency and efficiency, while keeping the customer experience as the top priority.
- Confidently support POS and MPOS transactions, creating a seamless and efficient checkout experience while maintaining accuracy, attention to detail, and elevated customer engagement. Whether at the register or completing a transaction on the floor, you ensure the final touchpoint of the customer journey feels as intentional as the first.
- Leverage our company tools, resources, and the support of your team. When things change or challenges come up, you remain calm, clear, and prioritize the customer.
- Stay flexible and step into different zones of the store as needed. With Learning Agility, you embrace coaching and change with professionalism, adapting quickly and staying focused on your development.

Must be able to stand and remain physically active, move around all areas of the store, and be accessible to customers for 100% of the scheduled shift
Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for product, as well as lift, carry, and move items up to 40 pounds regularly throughout scheduled shift

Requirements
- You must be 18 years of age or older to apply for this role.
- Experience in retail, sales or the service industry
- A passion for helping others and enjoys being a part of a team
- The ability to multi-task and pivot quickly while working in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
- Have exceptional communication skills and are comfortable receiving feedback
- Ambition to learn and grow from others
