Job Title: Seasonal Temporary Cleaner
About the Role
Lush Cosmetics, founded 31 years ago, is driven by passion, ethics, and innovative thinking. The Green Hub, our internal repair, reuse, and recycling plant, processes waste from manufacturing sites and customer-returned packaging. Our goal is to make internal and customer packaging as circular as possible, and the Green Hub plays a key role in this vision.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable seasonal temporary cleaner to join our team in our Hub. You will help maintain our high standards of hygiene and, if applicable, assist the production team once your cleaning tasks are complete.

Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy offices, communal areas, and restrooms
- Deep cleaning routinely
- Look after one building with the flexibility of covering sickness and holiday at other sites (all located on Nuffield Industrial Estate)
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Monitor and coordinate waste - using correct recycling processes
- Be able to stand on your feet during your working hours
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness
Skills and Experience
- Previous cleaning experience would be an advantage
- A passion for cleaning
- An outgoing and friendly personality with a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage your own time and workload
