We're a leading British design brand in cards, stationery, stylish home and gifting products, and looking for Seasonal Warehouse Operatives to join our amazing team at our Banbury Warehouse to help spark joy this Christmas!
Role Overview
Alongside our permanent staff and casual zero-hour pool, we're now seeking fixed-term seasonal staff to join our team and help us through our busy Christmas and January sale period over 6/7-weeks.

Working under the guidance of our Senior Operatives, you'll help ensure products are received, stored, picked, packed and dispatched accurately and safely throughout the busy seasonal period.
This is a practical, hands-on role, delivering at pace during our peak season. We're looking for people who take pride in accuracy and quality, and work well under pressure as part of a team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
