Location 📍: Field-Based (Based in: Swindon, Wiltshire; Newbury, West Berkshire and Romford, Essex)

Hours: 40 hours per week worked over 5 days, worked between Monday to Sunday, with occasional weekend work and overtime opportunities

Salary: Competitive + incredible event exposure


We're looking for enthusiastic, hardworking individuals to join our Seating team as a Seating Rigger. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, wants to learn a skilled trade, and thrives in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Working as part of our experienced site teams, you'll help deliver seating structures for some of the UK's most exciting events, supporting the safe and professional installation of temporary seating and event infrastructure.


About The Role

As a Seating Rigger, you'll work on-site as part of the delivery team, supporting the build and dismantling of seating structures and related products. You'll take instruction from the Site Operations Manager and on-site management team while developing your skills through hands-on training and experience.

No previous rigging experience is required as full training will be provided.

This role involves regular travel across the UK, working outdoors in varying conditions, and occasional periods away from home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the installation and dismantling of seating structures and temporary event infrastructure.
  • Follow instructions from Site Management and work safely at all times.
  • Load and unload vehicles and prepare equipment for site operations.
  • Complete site paperwork accurately when required.
  • Support with measuring, cutting, and preparing materials using the correct tools and equipment.
  • Assist with marking out seating structures and preparing work areas.
  • Help maintain a safe, clean, and organised site.
  • Follow seating plans, drawings, and instructions to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Wear and maintain appropriate PPE and site equipment.
  • Report safety concerns, incidents, or hazards promptly.
  • Support colleagues and contribute positively to team performance.
  • Carry out other reasonable duties as required.

What You'll Need

  • No previous rigging experience required - full training will be provided.
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
  • Forklift Licence desirable but not essential.
  • Willingness to travel regularly and work away from home when required.
  • A good level of physical fitness and mobility to undertake manual handling tasks.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
