Basic up to £33,000 (depending on experience), OTE approx. £65,000

Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity for a CeMap qualified advisor to join a well established brokerage looking to grow!
As a Second Charge Mortgage Advisor you will be expected to be able to demonstrate an excellent knowledge of mortgage lenders and criteria. You will be required to gather information about a customer’s financial circumstances in order to give appropriate advice.

Responsibilities:
- Provide advice for mortgages & secured loans
- Maximise cross-selling opportunities for other products within the group
- Ensure your diary is kept up-to-date and call backs are contacted efficiently to maximise productivity
- Understanding of MCOB, FCA regulations and guidelines
- Understanding and implementation of compliance requirements
- Knowledge of how to deal with aspects such as debt consolidation
Requirement:
- Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practise (CeMAP) is essential
Expectations:
- Demonstrate a proven track record of hitting targets
- 1 year's experience working in the mortgage industry as an advisor
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously or as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
- Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Excellent attention to detail and pro-active thought process
