- Supporting and leading the kitchen team day-to-day
- Preparing nutritious, diet-sensitive meals tailored to residents needs
- Assisting with menu planning and seasonal meal ideas
- Managing stock control and food cost guidelines
- Maintaining high Food Safety and Health & Safety standards
