Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Providing 2nd Line Technical support and assistance to our internal and external customer
- Investigating and reproducing reported problems
- Updating tickets with progress
- Directly liaising with customers to gain a clearer understanding of problems
- Liaising with colleagues in other teams where necessary
- Preparing release notes for system releases
- Conducting ad-hoc site visits to customers when required
- Communicating progress to customers
- Ad hoc training on products

Requirements
- Office365 administration knowledge
- Windows server administration
- End-user support
- MS InTune knowledge
- Azure knowledge
- Proven work experience as a technical support engineer.
- Setting up configuring/enrolling
- Mobile device enrolment
