Role: Secondary Cover Supervisor
Location: Essex
Position: Full-Time / Part-Time / Flexible Cover
Pay Rate: GBP 120 - GBP 130 per day (DOE)

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise whole classes during the absence of the main subject teacher.
- Give clear instructions for set work and assist students with their tasks.
- Manage student behaviour effectively, upholding the high standards of the school.
- Ensure a safe, orderly environment where learning can continue seamlessly.
Requirements
- Experience working with children or young people aged 11-16.
- High level of confidence, patience, and strong communication skills.
- Good general education (GCSE grade C/4 or above in English and Maths preferred).
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to process one).
