Secondary Cover Supervisor | Dagenham

The school is looking for a Secondary Cover Supervisor who:

  • Has previous school-based experience, ideally as a Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant or similar
  • Alternatively, is a graduate with a genuine interest in developing a career in education
  • Is confident managing a classroom and maintaining high expectations of behaviour
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Can deliver pre-planned lessons and keep students engaged in learning
