Pushforward Primary Education Ltd are seeking a Secondary Education Delivery Practitioner Tutor.

Do you have a passion to help young people find their confidence and spark? Are you able to practically apply subjects to engage young people?

Pushforward has spent 13 years developing provision for the education of young people who do not fit within a mainstream approach to learning.

We believe that every young person has the right to be an individual, to know they matter, have a voice, feel safe and confident enough to progress through the world in a way which makes them smile.

We are all rubbish at lots of things, let’s concentrate on finding the things we are great at!

We are looking for people to join the team. Are you someone with experience in helping people, whatever that looks like. Can you see someone struggling to navigate the world successfully, understand why, and work with them to make life easier.

In addition, if you have skills or passion that you can teach young people that would be amazing. You don't need to have teaching experience, just a passion for sharing knowledge and giving our learners a direction to start in.

Qualifications - Not as important as Experience!

Our work happens on a one to one and small group basis covering lots of different themes:

  • Construction (Plumbing, Carpentry, Brick laying etc)
  • Sports and Active Leisure (Personal Training, Boxing, Martial Arts)
  • Hospitality and Catering
  • Events management
  • Enterprise
  • Animal Care
  • Hair, Barbering and Beauty
  • Mechanics and Engineering
  • Creative Industries (Music production, Art, Digital Art, Creative Writing, Animation, Film Production)

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
