Secondary Supply Teacher - Warrington - September Start

Role Overview

  • Flexibility: Step into secondary departments across Warrington for flexible daily cover, short-term sickness cover, or planned long-term block placements.
  • Student Progression: Assess learning, provide constructive feedback, and adapt resources to challenge high achievers while supporting students with additional learning needs.
  • Classroom Management: Maintain high standards of student behavior, enforcing school policies and creating a positive, structured learning environment.

Requirements

  • Qualifications: UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS with a relevant undergraduate degree.
  • Subject Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum within your specialist subject area across KS3 and KS4.
  • Classroom Skills: Strong communication skills, confidence managing diverse classroom dynamics, and effective differentiation strategies.
  • Compliance & Location: An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) and the ability to commute around Warrington.
