The Role
As a Secondary Supply Teacher, you'll step into the classroom when a school's regular teacher is unavailable.
Lessons and resources will usually be prepared, allowing you to focus on delivering engaging learning and maintaining a positive classroom environment.

You'll
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across your subject specialism and, where appropriate, other curriculum areas.
- Manage classroom behaviour confidently and consistently.
- Ensure pupils remain engaged and focused on their learning.
- Follow individual school policies and procedures.
- Adapt quickly to different classes and school environments.
- Provide feedback to school staff at the end of the day.
- Create a positive and professional classroom environment.
We're Looking For Secondary Teachers Who
- Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Have experience teaching secondary-aged pupils.
- Have strong classroom-management skills.
- Are adaptable, reliable and professional.
- Can quickly build rapport with students.
- Are comfortable working across different school environments.
