Depending On The Placement, You'll Be Responsible For
- Teaching your specialist subject across relevant secondary year groups
- Delivering well-structured and engaging lessons
- Adapting learning for different abilities and additional needs
- Creating clear expectations and positive classroom routines
- Encouraging pupils to become confident in their abilities
- Managing behaviour fairly and consistently
- Assessing learning and providing constructive feedback
- Working collaboratively with departmental colleagues

- Have strong knowledge of their subject
