Who We're Looking For
We'd Like To Speak With Teachers Who
- Hold QTS or an appropriate equivalent qualification
- Have strong knowledge of their subject area
- Are confident delivering engaging secondary lessons
- Can establish clear expectations within the classroom
- Build positive relationships with young people
- Are reliable, adaptable, and professional
- Are committed to safeguarding
- Want to continue learning and developing as an educator
