Teaching Assistant - Croydon Borough
September Start | £100-£110 per day | Full-Time | Long-Term

The Role
You will be joining the school as a Teaching Assistant, supporting pupils across KS3 and KS4. The role requires someone who is confident, proactive and able to build positive relationships with young people.

- Supporting pupils in lessons to help them stay focused and engaged
- Providing targeted support to learners who need additional help
- Assisting teachers with classroom routines, behaviour expectations and learning activities
- Working with pupils who have SEN needs (ASD, ADHD, communication or learning needs)
- Helping maintain a calm, structured and safe learning environment
- Following safeguarding procedures consistently and professionally
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working with pupils in a school or youth setting
- SEN experience highly desirable
- Confident supporting learning across a range of subjects
- Reliable, calm, patient and able to work as part of a team
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one)
- Fully available to start September
- Able to commit to a full-time, long-term role
Pay
£100-£110 per day, paid weekly.
