About the Role
We are seeking an organised and proactive Secretarial Group Administrator to join our team and provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support across the firm. Working closely with the SGAs and wider team, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities
- Managing telephone calls
- Coordinating diaries and appointments
- Arranging travel and meeting rooms
- Preparing and typing documents
- Processing expenses
- Entering lawyers’ time
- Maintaining accurate records
- Providing general administrative support
- Assisting the team with disputes work as necessary
- Supporting marketing and business development events within the practice group

Requirements
- Excellent organisational, communication, and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Confidence using digital systems
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Previous secretarial experience, particularly within a corporate or legal environment, would be advantageous
