At Díaz & Asociados, an international law firm specialising in Immigration Law, International Mobility and Corporate Law, we are looking to hire an Administrative Secretary for our London office.
We are looking for a dynamic, organised individual who is eager to grow professionally within a firm with an international presence and daily contact with clients from different countries.
What you will do
- Manage day-to-day office administration and correspondence
- Schedule and coordinate client appointments and attorney meetings
- Handle incoming calls, emails and enquiries in English and Spanish
- Prepare, organise and file legal documents and client records
- Support lawyers with administrative tasks related to immigration and corporate matters

What we are looking for
- Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role (legal environment preferred)
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken (essential)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office and digital management tools
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, international environment
- Discretion, professionalism and a client-first mindset
- Additional languages (French, Arabic, Russian) are a strong advantage
