Secretarial and Administrative
- Typing, formatting, and other word processing tasks, including PDF editing
- Filing and correspondence duties
- Telephone and conference calls duties
- Diary management and travel arrangements
- Checking and processing business-related expense claim forms
- Assisting with conflict checks
- Booking meeting rooms and catering (in Receptionist's absence)
- Checking and proofreading documents and amending as necessary
- Monitoring inbox of designated fee earners in their absence
- Assisting in the creation of new clients/matters on InTapp InTake
- Adding time for fee earners on InTapp Time
- Preparing invoices for fee earners in Elite 3E and sending out

CRM system (Peppermint)
- Adding partner and fee earner contacts and ensuring data is up to date to include accurate profiling of contact
- Adding partner and fee earner marketing & business development (M&BD) activities to activities and contacts list
Other
- Pick up work from visiting partners/fee earners via a general secretarial inbox
- Assisting in Receptionist's absence
- General office duties as and when required

The ideal candidate will have a good standard of education along with:
- Previous experience with some or all the above duties is essential
- Previous experience of working in a legal environment is required
- Proficiency with MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, InTapp, and Elite
- Good typing speeds and accuracy are essential
- Secretarial/administration qualifications advantageous
