Secretary / Administrator π London (Primarily Remote with Occasional Office Visits) π· Β£28.41 per hour (Umbrella) π Inside IR35 β³ Very Short-Term Contract - 1 Month
Expleo is currently recruiting for a Secretary / Administrator to support one of our customers during a critical period of business change. This is a very short-term assignment of approximately one month, offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who can quickly make an impact in a fast-paced environment.
The role is predominantly remote, with occasional visits to the London office located at:
5th Floor, The Script, 44 Featherstone Street, London EC1Y 8RN
About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional individual to provide essential administrative support to the Customer Services team during a busy and critical period. This position requires a proactive, self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic who is comfortable working independently.

You will need to be highly organised with excellent attention to detail and accuracy, and capable of managing high volumes of documentation through established processes while maintaining exceptional standards.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support the end-to-end process of actioning all third-party fines received, including Parking Charges and Congestion Charges.
- Support the creation and processing of invoices and supporting letters that will be issued to clients, including making appropriate adjustments before issue.
- Update supporting documents and platforms to ensure data continuity across the business.
- Provide administrative support for subscription and rental services, utilising the Salesforce platform.
- Support all rental booking processes.
- Provide administrative support to wider teams as required.
- Accurately process and maintain large volumes of information and documentation.
- Assist with day-to-day administrative activities to ensure smooth operational delivery.

Skills & Experience
Essential Skills
- Extensive experience in a similar role where data input and accuracy were required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required (fluent in English, both written and verbal).
- IT literate with a good aptitude for learning new systems. Salesforce experience ideal.
- Able to work independently but also take direction as part of the wider team.
- Comfortable joining video calls to support the wider team in meetings.
