About The Role
What You'll Do:
- Play a key role in supporting the line manager by delivering efficient, accurate, and professional administrative services, confidently balancing directed tasks with independent decision-making to achieve the best outcomes.

This vacancy is Band 6, salary starting at £25,409.

Key Accountabilities
Your experience and skills
- Support the accurate administration of rosters and timesheets in relation to training activity, ensuring visibility, compliance, and alignment with planned training commitments.
- Ensure training systems and records are maintained accurately and consistently, providing a clear audit trail for training bookings, changes, and completion, including attendance and cancellations, taking responsibility for minimising training wastage by proactively managing attendance, reallocating training places, and identifying efficiencies that improve value for money.
- Provide administrative support to the Assessment in the Line (AiTL) process, maintaining accurate records and supporting timely completion.
- Maintain organised and secure training records and filing systems for the Section(s), ensuring confidentiality and appropriate control of safety critical training documentation.
- Undertake a range of training related administrative duties, applying appropriate knowledge and skills to ensure effective coordination, visibility, and control of training activity.
- Support other roles as required, contributing to consistent training administration, shared ways of working, and resilience within the function.

- Experience of clerical support and office management
