The Role
Reporting to the Site Agent, as Section Engineer you'll take responsibility for managing a section of works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing engineering activities across your section of works.
- Coordinating Site Engineers and supporting junior engineers where required.
- Planning and delivering works in line with programme requirements.
- Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently.
- Ensuring quality assurance, inspections and technical compliance.
- Preparing and reviewing RAMS, ITPs and engineering documentation.
- Working closely with the Site Agent and Project Manager to drive successful project delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Section Engineer within civil engineering.
- Highways, roads or major infrastructure experience.
- Strong technical knowledge including setting out, QA and temporary works.
- Ability to coordinate engineering teams and subcontractors.
- Degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- CSCS Card and Full UK Driving Licence.
