Sector Lead - Healthcare, Fitness & Education

National

40 hours per week, Monday-Friday

At Brewers, we are proud to work with some of the UK’s best known retail and leisure brands and we are looking to appoint a Sector Lead to drive growth, build strategic partnerships and shape the future of our Healthcare, Fitness & Education sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, winning new business and delivering results on a national scale. As part of a high performing sales team, you will work closely with colleagues across the business to shape and grow this key sector.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Group Sector Sales Manager, this role is integral to developing existing accounts and sourcing new business within the Healthcare, Fitness & Education sectors. Creating a good rapport with customers is key, as you will be responsible for maintaining and building relationships with our key accounts. Key Responsibilities

  • Developing successful and long-term relationships with new and existing customers and regularly reviewing activity
  • Being the Company lead in Healthcare, Fitness & Education
  • Identifying and developing new customers within all the defined sectors to be targeted by the Central Sales Team on a specific allocated area
  • Jointly agreeing and implementing an overall pricing strategy and developing packages that include promotions, rebates and attendance at events
  • Planning and implementing the agreed development of our business with each customer within your area of responsibility to agreed KPI’s
  • Negotiating prices, terms, and rebates with customers
  • Selling across our product range, taking every opportunity to develop own brand ranges as well as introducing promotions and new lines as appropriate
  • Working to agreed KPI’s including growing existing & new business and objectives & outcomes
  • Planning customer calls to achieve maximum results, making appointments, and preparing presentations
  • Organizing regular strategy meetings with relevant parties to agree goals and objectives for development and opportunities

Who We Are Looking For To Join The Team

  • Previous experience in an Account Management role within a sales environment in the Decorating, Healthcare, Fitness, or Education sectors.
  • An enthusiasm for sales with the ability to build relationships and rapport easily with suppliers and customers
  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to instill trust and reassurance
  • Highly effective communication skills with the confidence and skills to be able to create and deliver engaging presentations
  • The ability and self-confidence to independently manage your own time and set targets for achievement
  • Highly numerate with excellent analytical data management skills
  • Proficient with MS Office to an intermediate level and the ability to embrace technology and learn new systems & software
  • A current driving licence and a willingness to travel
