Shape the Future of Real Estate Advisory
We are seeking an exceptional Sector Leader to drive the growth and success of our UK & Ireland Lenders, Investors & Insurers (LII) sector. This is a high-profile leadership opportunity for an individual with deep real estate market expertise, a strong commercial mindset, and a passion for building client relationships at the highest level.
You will define and execute a market-leading strategy that enhances our position across the lending, investment and insurance landscape. You will lead a diverse team of industry specialists, champion client excellence, and work collaboratively across the business to unlock new opportunities, deliver sustainable growth and strengthen our reputation as a trusted advisor.
You will be accountable for the sector's commercial performance while acting as a visible industry ambassador and thought leader, helping shape the future of the real estate market.

What You'll Do
Strategic Leadership
- Define and deliver a multi-year growth strategy for our LII business aligned with the wider Property, Investors and Occupier business strategy.
- Identify emerging market trends, client needs and sector opportunities to drive sustainable revenue growth and market share.
- Translate global sector propositions into compelling regional offerings that differentiate our business and create demand.
- Act as a trusted advisor and recognised thought leader within the LII market.

Business Growth & Client Development
- Lead business development activities across the sector, securing profitable growth and expanding strategic client relationships.
- Own and actively manage key priority accounts, personally contributing to significant revenue growth.
- Identify and bring to market new client, service and proposition opportunities.
- Collaborate with sector and business leaders to maximise cross-selling opportunities and broaden client engagement across the organisation, in particular the growth of solutions we take to our LII clients.
- Build and maintain senior executive and board-level relationships with major industry stakeholders.
Commercial & Operational Excellence
- Take full accountability for sector performance, including P&L management, forecasting and delivery of growth targets.
- Oversee the sector sales pipeline, ensuring investment is targeted towards the highest-value opportunities.
- Provide leadership and governance across pursuit, bidding and client development activities.
- Manage risk and opportunity proactively to maximise profitability and long-term value creation.
- Ensure best practice processes and governance are consistently applied throughout the sector.
People Leadership
- Lead, inspire and develop a multidisciplinary team of approximately 130 professionals.
- Foster a culture that is client-centric, innovative, collaborative and people-focused.
- Drive employee engagement, talent development and succession planning across the sector.
- Support recruitment and retention strategies to ensure the business has the capabilities required to deliver future growth.
What Success Looks Like
In this role, you will:
- Deliver sustained revenue and profit growth across the LII sector.
- Expand market share within the UK real estate lending, investment and insurance markets.
- Strengthen relationships with strategic clients and industry stakeholders.
- Build a high-performing team capable of delivering exceptional client outcomes.
- Enhance the organisation's reputation as a market-leading advisor and delivery partner.
Qualifications & Experience
- You are a commercially driven leader with a strong track record of delivering growth, developing client relationships and leading successful teams within the real estate sector. You'll bring:
- Extensive knowledge of the UK real estate lending, investment and insurance market, with a deep understanding of key trends, challenges and opportunities.
- Significant experience working with LII and other major real estate stakeholders.
- Expertise in Technical Due Diligence, Fund and Investment Monitoring, ESG advisory and Building Surveying services.
- A proven track record of developing and growing strategic client accounts and delivering commercial success.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with experience inspiring and developing high-performing teams.
- Outstanding relationship-building and influencing skills, with credibility at executive and board level.
- The ability to think strategically while maintaining a strong focus on execution and results.
