An Exciting Opportunity in Luxury Logistics
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing specialist logistics business operating within the luxury, secure transportation, and high-value goods sector. The business provides specialist transportation and delivery services to leading luxury and retail brands across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking for professional and reliable Secure Operatives / White-Glove Delivery Drivers to join their team.
This is not a traditional delivery driver role.
You will be responsible for transporting, handling, and delivering high-value goods while providing an exceptional level of customer service. Professionalism, discretion, reliability, and attention to detail are therefore just as important as your driving ability.
Key Responsibilities
Driving & Secure Transportation
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport high-value goods.
- Drive a range of vehicles, including specially modified security vehicles.
- Complete scheduled collections and deliveries safely and professionally.
- Follow planned routes and operational instructions.
- Ensure goods remain secure throughout transportation.
- Comply with all UK road traffic legislation and company procedures.
- Complete appropriate vehicle checks.
- Report vehicle defects, incidents, or operational issues promptly.
White-Glove Delivery
- Collect and deliver luxury and high-value goods with exceptional care.
- Load and unload goods safely and securely.
- Ensure goods are appropriately protected throughout transportation.
- Follow specific handling and delivery instructions.
- Take particular care when handling fragile, valuable, or sensitive items.
- Deliver a professional and polished customer experience.
- Ensure deliveries are made to the correct location and recipient.
- Complete required delivery and collection documentation.

Customer Service
- Represent the business professionally at customer locations.
- Communicate confidently and courteously with customers.
- Provide accurate information regarding deliveries and collections.
- Respond appropriately to customer questions or requests.
- Maintain complete discretion when dealing with high-value goods and clients.
- Deliver consistently high standards of customer service.
Operations & Communication
- Maintain regular communication with the Operations team.
- Provide updates regarding journeys, collections, and deliveries.
- Report delays, traffic issues, or other operational problems.
- Follow instructions from the Operations team.
- Adapt to changes in schedules or delivery requirements.
- Work effectively with colleagues, drivers, and the wider operations team.
Loading & Unloading
- Safely load and unload vehicles.
- Secure goods correctly before transportation.
- Follow established procedures for handling valuable and fragile goods.
- Use appropriate manual handling techniques.
- Maintain clean, organized, and secure vehicles.
- Ensure goods are protected from damage throughout the journey.
About You
We are looking for professional and reliable individuals who take pride in their driving and customer service. You will ideally have:
- A full and valid UK driving licence.
- Previous professional driving or delivery experience.
- Good knowledge of UK roads.
- Excellent driving standards.
- Strong communication skills.
- A professional and customer-focused manner.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to follow procedures accurately.
- A high level of personal responsibility.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility around working hours.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Beneficial Experience
Experience within any of the following sectors would be advantageous:
- Secure transportation
- CVIT / cash and valuables in transit
- Luxury goods logistics
- White-glove delivery
- High-value deliveries
- Courier services

- Art and antiques transportation
- Retail logistics
- Distribution

- Military or similarly disciplined environments
A CVIT licence or previous CVIT experience would be highly beneficial.

Security & Discretion
The successful candidate will be working with high-value goods and prestigious clients. A high level of integrity, confidentiality, and discretion is therefore essential. All company security, operational, and customer procedures must be followed at all times.
Working Hours
- Tuesday – Saturday
- Multiple shift patterns are available.
The role may involve early starts, later finishes, and changes to scheduled working hours depending on operational requirements.
Overtime opportunities are available.
